TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CONFIRMATIONS against 50 % payment in Advance via Company Cheque or (Online transfer) in the name of M/s. The Legend Hotel & Resorts Acc # 278883428 – Branch Code: 0527 – United Bank Limited. Balance payment 01 week Days prior to the departure date. 0% of the total amount will be deducted if *cancellation* notified, more than 7 days prior to the trip. 25% of the total amount will be deducted if *cancellation* notified within 7 days prior to the trip. 35% of the total amount will be deducted if *cancellation* notified 4 days prior to the trip. 50% of the total amount will be deducted if *cancellation* notified in the last 4 days prior to the trip. In case of cancellation prior to arrival, all charges in respect of confirmed bookings that entail no-show charges by hotels/transport will have to be paid by the clients. Anyone deciding to abandon the trip after arrival or leave during the trip for whatever reason(s) whether the clients own or external (of the nature of force majored) will not be eligible for a refund. This also applies in case the entire group completes/abandons the trip and decides to return earlier than the agreed time schedule.
